Refund Policy
Macprit is paid digital software. The trial lasts three days and automatically converts to a one-time £7.99 charge unless cancelled before it ends. The trial exists so you can check whether Macprit works well on your Mac.
Macprit is digital macOS software. The trial lasts three days. Starting the trial saves a payment method through Stripe. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a one-time £7.99 charge for one Mac. This is not a recurring subscription.
Use the trial period to test the app, your Mac model, and any hardware-dependent features.
Refunds may be considered for duplicate purchases, accidental purchases reported promptly, licence delivery or activation problems that support cannot resolve, or a technical fault that stops Macprit working as described and cannot be fixed through reasonable support steps.
If a refund is required by law, this policy does not limit that right.
A goodwill refund may be refused if the request is simply a change of mind after using the app, if hardware-dependent features were unsupported after the trial and compatibility wording made that clear, if reasonable support steps are refused, or if the licence has been shared, misused, or used in a payment dispute.
Physical knock input requires a supported MacBook. Battery and lid features require MacBook hardware.
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method.
Bank and card processing times are controlled by Stripe and your payment provider, so a refund may not appear immediately.
An approved full or partial refund may revoke the entire Macprit licence associated with the payment, so access may stop.
Contact support before assuming your access will remain active after a refund.
Email hello@avencreative.co.uk with the email used at checkout, your order or licence details, and the reason for the request. If the request is about a technical issue, include your Mac model, macOS version, and the support steps you have already tried.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law, including rights relating to faulty digital content or rights that cannot legally be limited.
